Austin Wolfe is the Head of Asset Management at Milestone.  He is responsible for overseeing all the firm's asset management activities, including oversight of property managers and joint venture partnerships and all aspects of property operations, capital expenditures and reporting.  In addition, he is actively involved in deal acquisition, disposition and other firm-wide initiatives.  Before joining Milestone in 2024, Austin held various asset and portfolio management roles for real estate private equity funds and balance sheet capital at Hudson Advisors and Goldman Sachs, encompassing a broad range of multifamily investment strategies including core, core plus, value-add, opportunistic, and ground-up development.

Austin received a B.B.A. in Finance and a Master's in Real Estate from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
