Kyle Shaw is Vice President of Asset Management.  He is responsible for strategic asset oversight, managing capital allocation, and ensuring optimal performance. Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including acquisitions, development, and property operations. His specialties include budgeting, assessment of value-add programs, market analysis, and execution of business plans.

Kyle received a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
